At Floraïku Paris, we strive to ensure your olfactory journey is perfect; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Floraïku box, ensuring the protective cellophane seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
